In 2020, KACM set up a donor-advised fund at Greater Horizons (aka Greater Kansas City Community Foundation) to provide a way to make tax-deductible donations to scholarships sponsored by KACM at all three MPA programs in Kansas and for rising stars in public service (learn more at www.kacm.us/page/scholarships).
KACM is committed to advancing the local government management profession in Kansas, and helping students prepare for such careers is part of our core mission. Additional information about contributing to the fund is available at www.GreaterHorizons.org/contribute. Donations made by credit card on December 31 and contributions received in the mail by December 31 are recognized by the IRS for that calendar year’s tax deductions.
