Established in 2021, the Sunflower Award recognizes KACM members who work closely with other government levels (e.g., federal or state) or organizations to help advance or advocate for legislation or policies that would benefit local governments in Kansas or the cause of professional management in local government.
Eligibility: Any KACM member.
